Caroline is 16 years old and lives with her 50 year old mother and 8 older siblings in a poor farming village in Uganda. Caroline is currently enrolled in Senior two and loves learning mathematics, English language and finances. Unfortunately, her mother is struggling to pay her school fees. Caroline’s mother, the sole supporter of the family, is a subsistence farmer, producing only enough for the family to eat and just a little to sell. As a result, Caroline may not be able to continue her education without a sponsorship.
